American Manicure with Models Own

Hello dear readers,

Another gorgeous day over here.
Having this week of and having such great wheater.
Wow....that's really having luck!
My hubby is so busy working in our garden.
He is making a new fence in the back of our little
garden.
It looks great already and I'm so happy with it.
Finally some privacy over here when we are outside.
Yeahhhh!!

But how are you??
I hope you're all oke and having such nice wheater as we have over here.

Today a mani from a couple of days ago.
This is a American manicure.
The idea was from Lacquerized. and she picked the colors and did my mani.
For the white tip I used a white nailtip color from Elegant Touch Then a finish of Models Own, a soft pink one called Buff Pink.

For the tip I used two layers and 3 layers of Models Own.

This mani I used as a base for my contest/entry which you still can see at Glamorous Geek Chic

Well have a look at it.

Which manicure do you prefer? The French manicure or the American manicure?

Have a wonderfull day today and see you again.
Thanks for stopping by and reading my post.

Love Karin

  1. Hello Karin,

I love your American manicure!! So delicate!
Anyway, I'm not a specialist, and wouldn't know the difference between an American or a French manicure : P
Would you do a post about the difference? I'd love to see that!

  8. I am speechless...the colors you chose are absolutely divine! Very soft, fresh, romantic, pretty and feminine. There is beauty in simplicity and I would so wear something like this *IF* I could get the colors right as you have done.

  28. Since a comprehensive school offers a full range of subjects across the academic and vocational spectrum, it is commonly understood that the school will need to be of a large size and to take children from a wide range of abilities. In principle, it was originally conceived as a "neighbourhood" school, which all students in its catchment area were meant to attend, irrespective of ability and without, in most cases, any significant element of parental choice.

  29. Although comprehensive schools do not directly select pupils on the basis of academic ability, they may be part of a system in which selection occurs via catchment area. For example, school catchment areas containing expensive houses will be mainly populated by wealthy parents, whose children would be expected to show, on average, a high level of academic achievement at primary school. Most comprehensives are secondary schools for children between the ages of 11 to at least 19, but in a few areas there are comprehensive middle schools, and in some places the secondary level is divided into two, for students aged 11 to 14 and those aged 14 to 19, roughly corresponding to the US middle school (or junior high school) and high school, respectively.

  30. Erupting volcanoes can pose many hazards, not only in the immediate vicinity of the eruption. Volcanic ash can be a threat to aircraft, in particular those with jet engines where ash particles can be melted by the high operating temperature. Large eruptions can affect temperature as ash and droplets of sulfuric acid obscure the sun and cool the Earth's lower atmosphere or troposphere; however, they also absorb heat radiated up from the Earth, thereby warming the stratosphere. Historically, so-called volcanic winters have caused catastrophic famines.

  34. With the increased implementation of slave codes, which created differential treatment between Africans and the white workers and planters, the island became increasingly unattractive to poor whites. Black or slave codes were implemented in 1661, 1676, 1682, and 1688. In response to these codes, several slave rebellions were attempted or planned during this time, but none succeeded. Nevertheless, poor whites who had or acquired the means to emigrate often did so. Planters expanded their importation of African slaves to cultivate sugar cane.

  39. The major compartments for the storage of organic matter and nutrients within forest ecosystems are the living vegetation, forest floor, and soil. The forest floor serves as a bridge between the above ground living vegetation and the soil, and it is a crucial component in nutrient transfer through the biogeochemical cycle. Much of the energy and carbon fixed by forests is periodically added to the forest floor through litterfall, and a substantial portion of the nutrient requirements of forest ecosystems is supplied by decomposition of organic matter in the forest floor and soil surface. The sustained productivity of forests is closely linked with the decomposition of shed plant parts, particularly the nutrient-rich foliage. The forest floor is also an important fuel source in forest fires.maritim hotel mauritiusnatural cures for anxiety

Consumer Reports tested 88 samples of apple juice and grape juice purchased in three states and found that 10 percent had total arsenic levels exceeding the federal standards of 10 parts per billion (ppb) for arsenic in drinking water, and that most of the arsenic "was the type called inorganic, which is a human carcinogen." The tests also found that 25 percent of the juice tested had lead levels higher than the 5 ppb limit for bottled water.

“So how about it?” Ron said to Harry as though there had been no interruption. “Come on, last time we went you didn’t see any¬thing. You haven’t even been inside Zonko’s yet!”
Harry looked around to check that Hermione was well out of earshot.

Egyptian literature was created. Middle Egyptian, the spoken language of the Middle Kingdom, became a classical language during the New Kingdom, when the vernacular language known as Late Egyptian first appeared in writing. Scribes of the New Kingdom canonized and copied many literary texts written in Middle Egyptian, which remained the language used for oral readings of sacred hieroglyphic texts
